How can I refuse a chokersandwich?

Ok, I must post.... Since you havent heard from me since before the holidays... here it is in a nutshell.  Holidays were stressful and dramatic.  So glad they are over...
My chinese grandmother is having lots of problems, so I have stepped up to help her.  She is now my full time job.... going to doctors and meeting with care givers and future living arrrangements....
